I am here to walk the path with you. The path of creating the life you know is possible and for which the obstacles seem daunting. Often the obstacles lie within, and your hopes won't manifest without a shift in perception, articulation, action, understanding, or perhaps all of the above. So, what does that actually mean? Here are some identifiers:
"Stell's deep knowledge of the field—concepts, language, approaches--going back to the early days with founders of the field is so impressive. She powerfully evokes awareness from the body, naming emotions, and engaging the intellect. More important is her flexibility in following my desired areas of growth. Finally, it is so clear that she cares about her clients. When you work hard with Stell’s guidance, then laugh joyously together, you know you are on the right track!"

"Stell Anderson is a masterful coach. She works with a clear heart and a wise mind. Her insight and ability to accurately see and understand the situation is impeccable. Her ability to move a client, such as myself from understanding to action is strong. Change is possible with Stell."
-Wendy Elliott, LPCC Somatic Psychotherapist
"Stell is an exemplar in the world of executive coaching. A unique and masterful synergist. She invites you in with her grounded presence, deep listening, and inclusive spirit. I’ve been inspired to look more deeply and explore more broadly and look forward to our continued work together."

I
I walk down the street.
There is a deep hole in the sidewalk
I fall in.
I am lost ... I am helpless.
It isn't my fault.
It takes me forever to find a way out.
II
I walk down the same street.
There is a deep hole in the sidewalk.
I pretend I don't see it.
I fall in again.
I can't believe I am in the same place
but, it isn't my fault.
It still takes a long time to get out.
III
I walk down the same street.
There is a deep hole in the sidewalk.
I see it is there.
I still fall in ... it's a habit.
my eyes are open
I know where I am.
It is my fault.
I get out immediately.
IV
I walk down the same street.
There is a deep hole in the sidewalk.
I walk around it.

I walk down another street
